Our design process begins with an open dialogue with the client in which we discuss the goals, needs, and function of the project, design expectations and opportunities, available budget, pertinent building codes and zoning regulations.

Our designs are not driven by style or a preconceived design but are driven by a stirring desire to provide responsive, intelligent solutions that combine art, form, functionality and thoughtfulness while addressing the goals and needs of the client.

Riccardo has a BS Degree in Industrial Design and a Masters Degree in Architecture and 28 years of architectural design experience.
He is an NCARB registered architect and is licensed in the state of California and the state of Hawaii. He has professional experience in all phases of planning, design, construction documents and contract administration in a diverse range of project types including educational, residential, commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality and master planning projects.
His design and management skills allow him to work with owners, user groups, city officials and engineering consultants to develop appropriate, timely and successful solutions.

Riccardo maintains hands on design and contract responsibilities throughout the design process to ensure that the owner’s goals and design intent are successfully met.
